Simple form script

I need a simple script to email the contents of 1 form field.

Don't really mind how this is done. Any help much appreciated.

I have attached Cliff's Form Mailer (http://www.shavenferret.com/scripts) and put the link here in case you wanna check out the rest of his scripts.

Basically, this will send the contents of a completed form to you and send an autoresponse to the sender confirming their submission.

All the instructions are included in the zip file.

See below's post for attachment - it wouldn't let me edit and add attachment - I forgot to attach the first time as I did a preview and then submitted without adding attachment again!
