Hi,

I've just installed Fedora6 in my Compaq Presario, Turion-64. There was no problem while installing, but on rebooting it shows error CPU0 fatal trap 13..........

Any clues?

thanks.

You should download and install the current release. Fedora 8 for starters. Also I assume your PC is 64bit? Are you planning on installing the 64bit version of Fedora to go with it or are you sticking with 32bit?

Hi,
Yes my pc is 64 bit. All my error messages are wrapped inside the 'XEN' margin :)
I believe the 'XEN' = 'XEN (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xen)'

Had a lot of trouble installng nix on this particular pc. gOS loads fine.

Looking forward to FC8.

Thank you spookster.

I'd stay away from Xen unless you are experienced with linux and really need it. If you really need to install multiple OS's you can use VMWare which is much less difficult to install and work with.

should've opted out the XEN package.
