Vcal

I am writing a website where calendars are accessed using MS Outlook. What I need to do is setup the PHP file with Vcal support so that it can be connected to in that method. I know it can be done I just don't know how. It should work a bit like it does in Sugar CRM (http://www.sugarcrm.com)
