Webhost.advertise

hey all whats the best webhost you guiys have expirienced? i am looking at IX webhosting they look pretty good. but is there anyone beter or cheaper and u get the same stuff? i uploaded my site on freewebs for now b/c obviously its free. i need a place where i can upload and get a domain name.

and also can people post links of free advertisement pages to advertise my webpage?

dont worry i didnt use freewebs to cretee my page i only used it o upload my files temporarily until i get thee issues fixed.
