crossover plugin shockwave

i use redhat linux 8.0. I am trying to get the shockwave plugin w/ the crossover plugin from codeweavers to work. I have it installed and configured. It seems to lock up when after loading all the way

can someone help, i am very good with linux, not some n00b.
