hi im trying to set up a simple text counter found here
http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/68981.html i have it all set up and all then i get this error

php is in safe mode, you can use fopen, fwrite and fclose.

from php.ini, but the problem is that you probably can't( you have no access to php.ini), your host can, but won't do it for security reason.
sorry, you must change the script, I guess.

PS: I'm wrong or you pay $400 /mo, for this service? whoooow

no no i dont pay $400 a month im not using a dedicated server im using one of his shared servers

anyway i opend a support ticket and he done it for me

they were all set right it was just safe mode was enabled on my host i talked to my admin and he fixed it up for me
