When creating a smaller window to appear on top of a window, how do you keep the smaller window on top, even if the larger window behind it is clicked? I'd like the user to see both windows at the same time, with the smaller window always on top until closed.

I am using createwindow.

That is a secure feature so you need a signed script.

you do this by using alwaysRaised=yes when you open the window but it will not work unless the script is signed

It is a secure feature cause i could create a fullscreen window on your machine that is always on top ... not nice.
I guess another reason might be that everyone might not want your popup always on top
if the user does want it on top, the user can put it there..

There's always modeless windows (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex8/modelesswin.htm)

But I wouldn't - I find those dialogues really irritating, even in windows applications.
