Free ASP Image/Video Gallery?

Hi,
I'm looking for an asp gallery that will allow uploading of images (with thumbnails) and videos. Basically something like 4images but asp/ms sql rather than php/mysql.
Does such a thing exist? I know there is Absolute Image Gallery XE but that costs $97.

You can't upload using ASP without an additional plugin so any product will usually involve and upload plugin or module. There are plenty of ASP gallery apps but the upload part is where you will struggle.

I', a little confused... dont all gallery apps allow uploading of images? Isn't that the nature of the app? Or maybe they are all using plugins/modules?
That a side, is there asp gallery app that also handles videos?
