I want to move one of my sites off Geocities and onto a better server, ideally with support for SSI's and ASP and decent download speed.

Any suggestions?

I'm not entirely sure (I never use free servers) but I think Binkster has that support.

Yes, Brinkster has support for ASP and if you want CGI support, I think tripod.com has support for it.

You get cgi with tripod.com only if you pay for it.
