My apologies for what is likely a very simple question. I haven't done any web design in a while, but I'm working on a project at school that required me to design a site. It is almost up and running, but I have an issue with the border-top for my navigation buttons when I view the site in IE7. It doesn't appear to be an issue in Firefox or Safari.

The site is http://archjournal.wustl.edu, and the CSS file can be found at http://archjournal.wustl.edu/arch.css.

I know that my code is a bit sloppy still, but I would appreciate any assistance you all can offer for somebody who has been out of the game for a while. Thanks!

I probably wasn't specific enough with my problem. When I navigate away from the home page, I want a border on the top of my first navigation button. It appears in Firefox and Safari, but not in IE7. Sorry...

Hello Julsenor,
You don't seem to be styling #menu. If you don't style it, it's probably not needed.
You could try getting rid of it...
or you could add this to your CSS -
#menu {padding: 2px 0 0 0;}

I didn't test this so it may not even work...
