need help with comment box

Hi i want a comment box on my page so my visitors can type comments in it, and theres a submit button so when they click it, their message will appear on the page. Is there a code/script for it?

Oh yeah and is there a code for a form so my visitors can type a message in it and click on the button, and the message will be sent to my email?

You don't need javascript to do so. You need some kind of server side language (PHP, ASP or JSP...). And you need a database (such as mysql).

Few browsers nowadays accept mailto as a form action. You need a really old browser for it to work as more modern browsers simply open the email program (if any) and ignore the form. If you are going to use a form then use a server side form2mail script as the action.
