Ok, my brother keeps getting on the Internet and downloading viruses!! I want to write a program that will put a password on the Internet Explorer. Is there any way i can do this?

If you have a router, you might be able to set up access controls on it so it will block his computer from going out on the internet all together or just during certain days and times.

No, he is using the Home computer... I am the only one with a different computer. But i hate sitting at my computer for like 3 hours searching for the viruses... Now i am going to spend 50 bucks to buy a new virus deal.... I just want to lock the internet so he cant get on...

Password protect windows and give him a non-administrator account. This will prevent most of your virus problems.
