:confused::confused:

I've been at this for 24 hrs:mad:
I created a website with a favicon it works brilliantly:)
My website is www.homepage.ntlworld.com/index.html
Then I purchased a domain name www.mysite.co.uk but:mad:my favicon dosn't show up. How do I redirect the favicon to my new domain:confused:
I've tried all sorts of html in the head of the document index.html
I'm struggling a bit on this one!!!:(

Did you upload your favicon? I went to url: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/frank.newsome/favicon.ico and I get a page not found.

So I would need to contact the domain name site???
Frank
PS I'm a bit thick when it comes to servers!

You say it works in IE so I'm guessing its likely cached. As I said upload your favicon. And yes you would have to change your name servers on your domain. Doing so will allow you to host your site with your current webhost and you won't need to use masking. This may not be possible if your ISP doesn't have name servers.

;);):thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thanks for the comment:D
I've been at it for weeks now. I've pointed my domain to named servers now
I'll just have to wait and see what happens!
I just wished I should have joined here earlier. I've been using javascriptkit for years.
Happy New Year to you all
Regards
Frank:)
