IE iframe listbox display bug

Greetings,

I've been facing a problem with IE.

Look at this url: http://www.rulesofthumb.org/

If you click "Scroll Down" OR start using your MOUSE WHEEL, the listbox of RIGHT SIDE "IFRAME" disappears OR being displayed incorrectly.

It becomes OK when you scroll down the page and return back to listbox again.
There is no issue with Firefox or Opera.

Is there any workaround for this issue? Anyone aware of this OR can tell me solution?

OK, I figured out one solution for listbox scrollbars. If I set HEIGHT for listbox, it doesn't disappear.

However, TEXT inside listbox still having same problem. (I'm working to resolve but meantime If someone else come with a solution, it would be nice)
