I'm curios what is this:

could somebody explain?

Some people have given you negative reputation points.

If you click on your usercp (at the top left) you can see where you've gotten reputation and for what reason if they filled that part in.

Clearly, it must have been you who has been offensive in the first place, otherwise those people wouldn’t have given you negative feedback.

but the problem is not the "reputation", you miss the point.

I think what oesxyl is trying to say is that he said nothing in his post that was offensive. I have been given bad reputation because someone thought that I gave a bad answer to a question. From the looks of it, that is what has happened here. This is one of the downfalls to the reputation system. When this happens, people think that you have done something bad in the past, and jump to conclusions; when all it was, was someone giving you bad rep for a "bad answer".

- maybe the reputation system is not so wrong, could help to evaluate yourself

The problem are the strings from the alt attribute:
"X has a little shameless behaviour in the past"
"X is an unknown quantity at this point"

I believe those are the vBulletin default messages for the reputation levels. So you could say those messages are normal. The admin (WA) could change what those messages are if he felt so inclined.

It won't say that for your rep status if you gain some positive reputation points to counter act the negative points you've gotten.

I answer when I know or I believe I know, I do my best and I do to help people not for "reputation" or points, and if you have time and you are curios, check my replays and btw check the treads I started too and try to evaluate them.
