How Do I USE my C++ Code?

At school we use microsoft.net 2005 to write our code. With my corse came .net2003 so that I could work from home. Only problem is that 2003 does not work with Vista.

What is another way that I can test the C++ Programs that I write?

2003 will work in Vista. It claims it might not but it does. At least all the stuff I've used in it. (C++ mostly)
