banner management recommendations?

I have never had a site with banners before. Can you recommend a banner management program? I'd like to be able to have rotating banners and track the number of clicks they get.

I'm guessing your talking about advertsing banners. Google Adsense is what I use.

No, I mean a banner ad that changes each time the screen is refreshed (the same page or a new page). Something like this http://www.diaperjungle.com/sewing-cloth-diapers.html
She's got a large banner across the top and smaller banners down the sides.
I would like to use AdSense as well - but you just sign up for that right? Meaning they take care of the functionality of the ads actually appearing.

I found this (http://www.lightningservers.net/docs/entropyBanner.htm) for Entropy, but it seems to only come with hosting for various providers. Go Daddy doesn't offer it. Do you know of any similar programs that are free or will I have to change hosts and just go with this one?
