Looking to buy Whois IP service API/Script.

I'm looking for a Whois IP API/Script that is fast, eg... <300ms.

I'm looking for something that costs perhaps $5-25 a month for 100,000+ queries? Or a 100% reliable script. I have only found domain scripts for free, no whois IP ones.

I only need the Orgname, OrgID, and Nameserver.

Example: http://whois.domaintools.com/209.131.61.1

I have bought them and you can go to http://nexxterra.com/tools/page1 through page 5, there is an ipwhois in there somewhere and its 5$ one time.
This is eventually going to be something I will offer my clients, but I need to edit content and link to their user area.... someday when I am really bored!
