looking for way to change the layout of a popup window

he guys, i have a javascript that allows you to change the "looks" of a popup window. So change/add colors, text, ect.. so you can design your own pop-up. Problem is that this javascript was made for flash, and it doesn't work (cause it cannot be activated) in html.

So basicly i'am looking for a javascript which allows me to change the apperence of a pop-up window, color, size, ect.. -wise. (i found some scripts that come close, but still have the standard IE look ::( )

Cannot find it which search engines, so anyone of you have something i can use.

Before in IE you could do this before they fixed the bug. Now the only thing you can do is get the scrollbar colors. With layers, you can make the appearance of a window, but not the real thing. You are stuck with what you got.
