sounds like home work ... did u read rules before signup?

have a look at 1.5 or i'll do that for ya.

1.5) No homework assignments - http://www.codingforums.com/img/new01.gifDo not post your entire homework assignment and request that other members do it for you. This is considered cheating, and your thread may even be used by your school to prove your guilt. Now, you may ask for advice or help on a specific aspect of your assignment that you're having trouble with. Use common sense as far as what's acceptable in terms of soliciting help with homework assignments.

I think it might be homework too ... but here's a hint to get started,
using a simple flat-file database ...

id|name|where they are working

A simple text file called "work.txt" with items separated by pipes | ...

1003|steve|communication center

Now, using PHP, you open that file and put into an array.
You can compare their ID from a form to the array and determine
who they are and where they work.

You can change values in the array and re-save it (to save changes).

Use Google to find out more about PHP flat-file databases, opening text files,
using arrays, and saving text files.
