running asp

hi,


i want know what are the things needed to run asp.from a long time iam working with php. now i want to install asp on my pc.the iis is installed.did i need to download asp or any other files to run asp.i type the sample program and access it in browser by saying http://localhost/myweb/first.asp.
the first.asp file in c:/inetpub/wwwroot/myweb/first.asp

it is displaying the error message file not found 404 error.

any of your idea will be surely appreciated.

my os is windows xp.

u need to install the IIS component frm the Win Xp Cd. then u put ur asp file in the Inetpub, then can run ur file oeldi...^^
