I find that text areas are a bit dry for updating regions in CMS websites. Is there anything in Dreamweaver that will allow my clients to have rich text editing capabilities when they edit content.

you could use this WYSIWYG editor (http://www.webwizguide.com/webwizrichtexteditor/) in your pages. Its in ASP tho, so if your on a linux server you'd need to find something similar written in PHP.

I also found this (http://www.editize.com/) which allows you to cut and past from a word document which could be very neat for my clients
