Re-design of my blog

I have just redesigned my web design blog (http://designbit.co.uk) and was hoping to get some feedback.

I have gone with e simple, clean type design using Wordpress / PHP / CSS / Javascript to code.

It loaded really slowly for me, but that could have been a hiccup.

I'm not fond of pink, myself, but it works well with the grey.

I like everything else about the site, though. Great font, in the right size. It seems easy to navigate, but I totally missed the portfolio and the other items on that bar the first time around. I think you need to highlight that, somehow. It kinda disappears in there.

One other thing to really wrap it up would be a favicon.

Overall, 9/10, but I'm nitpicky :)

Umm, the header's all kinda messed up in IE7. Your logo's zoomed up, your tab things have done down below & it all looks a bit clashy...

Another thing is the forms. You can't really see where you're supposed to click. It's rather disturbing.
