error C1902 Visual C++ 2005 Professiona/Express

I just got myself Visual C++ Proffesinal in hopes of escaping the dreaded error C1902... nope it wasn't that easy.

the studio itself works fine, J#, C#, and Visual Basic and other non-C++...

well... i keep getting this in compilation

c:\documents and settings\dmitry\my documents\visual studio 2005\projects\pro1\pro1\stdafx.cpp : fatal error C1902: Program database manager mismatch; please check your installation

...

I tried checking versions of the dll files... all same version

I tried deleting\restoring the dll file reccomended... nothing

It tells me to get a new DBI.dll... which i don't even have -.-(Except in PERL)

err.. anybody got any idea?

because im going insane here O_o

please don't give me links... I tried almost everything... so... just summarize it(eg: delete this, reinstall this etc)

Uninstall from control panel. Delete your entire installation folder from program files. Reinstall. If that doesn't solve it, Microsoft has forums dedicated to solving issues like these . I deleted that folder and reinstalled nothing changed
in fact it still remembers all my last projects pretty well O_o

I installed the hotfix but nothing happened!
WHAT SHOULD I DO!(sorry for the caps)
