What are Thumbs.db?

Every time i upload something to my host, it generates thumbs.db files? What are these and what should i do with them ;X?

It's thumbnail cache.
You can stop Windows from creating them files if you go to Tools > Folder Options > View Tab > tick "Do not cache thumbnails".

They are safe to delete, just previewing pictures in thumbnail view might take a little while longer than before.

These files are actually getting created on your Windows development system. They are normally hidden/system files. When you upload a folder or all the files in a folder to a server that does not treat them as hidden/system files, they become visible.
