Need help writing a program that downloads

I'm trying to figure out how to write a program that automatically downloads files from a website. I do it manually daily right now and want to ease the pain.

Well what language are you planning on writing the program in?

Right now I'm learning VBA to help in writing a couple of databases. Is it possible to do it in that language?
