I got the above mentioned message when I wanted to give a user some reputation. What’s that supposed to mean? It could be that he was also the last one I gave some reputation to but that was at least a month ago. Why would I have to cheer someone else before I can do that to the same person again? At least after some time it should be possible…

I think I found that you actually need to give it to more than one other person before you can go back and give it to a person you previously have.

Make it means you have to wait a few minutes before giving two different users rep points...?
