Hi all,
I am working on a layout and having some difficulties. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
Layout:
http://talesotaku.com/v3/layout.php
Css:
http://talesotaku.com/v3/css/style.css
What the layout is supposed to look like: (It looks like this in most browsers. I still need to do the .png hack for IE 6 however. The transparency will not work at the moment.)
http://i20.tinypic.com/244r2hf.png
In really big browsers or large monitors: (I don't want all that white down at the bottom of the page. The bottom is supposed to be all blue.)

The layout barely works in IE 5.5. Should I not worry about this? Or is there something I can change to make it work?

Any suggestions on how to fill in the bottom of the page blue where it appears white on large screens and any way to make it work in IE 5.5? Or should I not really worry about 5.5?
Thanks!
