OK, it seem's every time I upload something to my Hosting acct., I lag when loading page, but nobody else does. I tried on a proxy and pages loaded at perfect speeds, but it all loads slow as **** for me. I've changed my IP, disabled Firewalls, Anti-virus but now I'm just stuck.
Please, please help guys.

Either you read it wrong, or I stated my situation incorrectly. I've fully uploaded my files, and now when I try view them all they take forever to load, but only for me; I tried a proxy and it worked perfectly, also works fine for others.
However, when there is nothing uploaded on the server excpet a couple of .html files, it all loads at perfect speeds!
Thanks in advance.

Maybe you are uploading too big files for your host to handle. Which hosting account are you using?
Or the file you are uploading is very big for your host to handle. Anyway you can ask directly your host about it. What type of files are you uploading?

Are you using a free hosting service?

My host can handle it, and it's not free hosting lols.
I had spoken to my Hosts and they're like it's you're ISP, yet it only happens to me on there server, hmph.

First of all are you uploading at a slow rate or do you mean that after you have uploaded something and you try to reload the page to view it it lags?
If the first then its either connection speed, FTP, or your server.
If the latter then its your connection speed.
I've fully uploaded my files, and now when I try view them all they take forever to load, but only for me
Oh, OK. Now I understand. Yup sounds like your connection speed.
I had spoken to my Hosts and they're like it's you're ISP
Sounds like your host is right. Sounds like you need faster connection or you need to get a better ftp that will send smaller packets.
yet it only happens to me on there server, hmph.
So your saying you have multiple hosting accounts? Which ones and we can probably troubleshoot them with you.
Just some advice:
1.) if you use a hosts built in ftp they tend to be slower than say your own ftp. I use FileZilla VERY fast.
2.) if your have problems viewing the page but your friends don't......Um um um the problem resides on your end.
