menu problem

onthe windows menu (when you click start) to go into programs i have to click on programs, it used to do it automatically.
it also does it with other products, like internet explorer.

any ideas how to fix the problem?

I dont know where I saw it but, anyhow, try asking someone over at the www.pcadvisor.co.uk rink, they have some serious gurus over there.
