View Full Version : Extending CSS background images to the bottom..

Im working on this design and need a little help please..

Underneath the login box at the bottom there is another table with 3 columns with 2 "gradient" type images that extend down depending on the content in the middle column.

What I would like is for this table to stretch to the bottom of the browser, depending on there resolution so that the design extends to the end. In other words so that the 2 gradient images go all the way down.

I hope that makes sense..

Here is the link...do not click if you are offened by women in lingerie (no nudity)!

Thanks for the help.

CSS background images cannot be "stretched", but you can make it look like they are... set your background to the bottom-most color of the gradient. check out http://www.freewille.com for an example of the same type of thing.

Hi, I dont think I will be able to do that, as the gradient is horizontal, and not vertical, if you have a look at the site you can see what I mean. Ive used that method on the middle pink gradient, but I think this is slightly different.

If its not possible I guess I will have to change the design!
