opening up outlook on web page

Any way to bring up Outlook mail from IE Browser? If I click on the web page I want it to execute the local outlook.exe so user can just click on a button or link on the web page and bring up their mail outlook on their NT workstation.

There shouldn't be. You don't have permission to run programs on a client pc.

If everyone bypassed some Microsoft security patches, you could use the <object> tag to do this, but that is a bad idea for obvious reasons.
