Looks perfect in firefox, but in Opera and IE it looks all messed up. Can somebody help?

This program may help you to look for the problem code. It shows Firefox and IE on screen with the necessary CSS code. It will respond to any code change on screen.

Remove/change the duplicate ids masterdiv. Ids must be unique.
