As far as I can tell, you're missing part of the header information:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml2/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en">
<head>

^Specifically, you're missing the meta information.

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

^Note that that example is using Transitional, rather than Strict. Change as needed. ;)

Thank you.
You're just what the Doctor ordered.:thumbsup:

I changed the Doctype to DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN
Corrected a couple of minor errors and it now validates html and css.

Bravo:D
