link to IE browser

Is it possible to create a link in Netscape 4 where it links to IE page?

If I had a link on my web page and I am using Netscape 4 and then click on link it brings up a new page in IE browser.

no, it's not possible.

Even if it were - how do you know your visitor has IE? ergo - you don't, and can't.

What's this really about? Are you having layout problems with ns4? I'm sure we can help if you are.

keep in mind the netscape and ie browsers are seperate applications.
