Your opinion on banner.

I am trying to redo my church website and thought I would start with the banner as well and a logo for the site.

So far I have this banner which is very simple but clean and I like it.

I am trying to develop a logo, with little success. I have been concentrating on "wheat" as a starting point to try and tie it with "harvest" So far I have these:

So far I am not happy with the logos but I am happy with the banner, just curious whether anyone has any advice.

I like logo 4 more than the others to be honest - it looks cleaner and more professional. Perhaps trying a font like arial, tahoma or verdana in the logo? Maybe making the tagline small caps and a light blue colour to tie in with what i would assume would be a webpage underneath?

Banner looks great, logos as well. How about leaving the H alone and adding a wheat stock over to the side of it. Maybe a little transparent, reflection??

Got your PM. I had a similar idea though I thought about making it a similar white tone but slightly faded and reflected. I am going to try having it start on the left, hanging towards the middle but behind "Harvest".

Where did you get the wheat stock? Is it cropped from another image?
