Dreamweaver help please & Intro

Hi, I'm Yuan, 15 years old. I got to this forum by google, just looking for somewhere to learn to code ^^ Might hire someone to code for me though :P Anyway here's my question

So i made this page with dreamweaver with tables and all. Then i made another, but i dont know how to like link them to eachother. I know how to do this in normal HTML (notepad and stuff) but i dont get this ><

Highlight the text you would like to be linked in Dreamweaver, and down on the bottom, in the Properties pane, in the Link box (it is the largest text box down there), type in the name of the file you would like to link to.

Simple as that.
