Webbased mail system

guyz, I want a ready to use .. web-based mail program written in ASP. which has the following options:

To
From
Reply To.
Subject
Body Message
Signature
Admin Control. (when a user sends a mail it will save as unposted message in admin area, and admin has writes to send that mail further, actually having a check box and button[name: post it] when admin hits the "post it" button all check mails will be send)

I had already seen this on www but unfortunatly I forget that URL.

this program is written in perl I want this to be in ASP. and wanted to change a bit in it "from field" will also be available for users while mailing.
