It's just as easily decoded as it is encoded.
Not worth the time and effort IMHO.
Besides, it requires that your <script> tags be language="JScript Encoded", and the language attribute for <script> tags is not valid in XHTML 1.0 Strict.
Anyway, it is bad. It wrecks the script in any non-IE browser.
