Installing Perl on Win98

I am a newbie to web development and intrested in learning Perl/CGI. I want to know much about its basics, tools that will help in its development and tutorials. and one of the most important thing that I am using windows 98 and wannted to install perl on it. I had already downloaded ActivePerl a week ago.
now tell me guyz how it will work ???
