IE + Flash + Mootools Accordion = CSS Help

I am using the accordion effect and having an issue with flash appearing on top of the accordion. The flash video is supposed to be under the trailer button. I googled the problem and didn't seem to come up with much of anything. At it's current condition it works great in all browsers except IE. Any help would be appreciated. Removing position:relative; from the #flash in the CSS seems to make it go where its supposed to but it still autostarts in IE so you can hear it starting to play even though its hidden.
