Form Issue

Alright, I dont have any experience with CGI. But i created a form for my website to then later be email to me. From what I've read, many hosts already have cgi bins. I dont see any cgi folders on my host (which is GoDaddy).

Could someone please advise me on what to do next?

That is f-ing ridiculous. You need to call them on the phone and make a complaint.
