I built a website and promote it in local and int'l engines , well is needed repromotion after past 1.5 years of first built/promote ?

I think you're asking if you still need to promote your site after 18 months. Well, surely that depends if you've met your business targets yet? Do you have enough customers? Have you exhausted the market? If the answer to either of these questions is no, I guess you need more promotion, unless you're happy to stay where you are.

I do much promotion, is needed again to the same engines, or these will never delete you ?

I think he means if he needs to submit his site into search engines ever 18months.

I honestly do not know much about this stuff. But i do know big engines like google, u do not even need to submit your site.
