Sudden rendering issue with IE7?

Second try. . .

This is my second try with this issue. I changed a bg.gif file in this directory on my server, and suddenly the structure of the page comes completely undone in IE7? I made no changes to the HTML or CSS?

Has anybody else ever experienced this phenomenon? Or is it my Windows computer?

I'm lost. . . :confused:
