How do i make it so that if someone visits my websites using a mobile it will redirect them instantly to a mobile lite version of my website. do i just add a seperate style sheet with the type set to pda?

<link href="site.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="handheld" />

would be the way for a different stylesheet. Actually sniffing out a mobile device and doing a redirect...not sure.

"Actually sniffing out a mobile device and doing a redirect...not sure."

I think they use there own browser and/or IP address, then you would use PHP to detect the browser and/or IP and redirect. I have never done this and am just assuming that this might be one solution.

That's how I would do it unless the mobile phone users would be receiving content - different from the main site - perhaps tailored for them.

If the content is the same and the only differecne really is their media device, I think the specific CSS is the better way.
