Reroute?

Is it possible to reroute your connection to a website? One particular website is giving me real problems - 90s to get a page in 1 particular case.
I've run a traceroute and about 7 hops in - when it goes transatlantic- I get slow pings and packet loss. Is there any way I can just go a different route? I had the same problem a week ago and the network thats giving me trouble is a different one now but the problem is the same.

You could use a proxy that sits somewhere between you and that site that might have a better route to it.
