How to create a css based newsletter for outlook

Hi,

I need to create a newsletter which needs to be sent to a wider audience using MS Outlook. Ive developed the HTML page which involves CSS and images. Ive used inline CSS and the thing that i bugging me is how to insert the page into the mail client and then send the mail out.

Can anybody give a clear guidance....this is on an urgent basis.

As a stop-gap measure, you could always send it as an attachment to the plain-text email. That would buy you some time to figure this problem out, if it is time sensitive material.
Sorry I can't be more help. Have you done a Google search? I'm pretty sure there will be an answer there for you. I have a php script I (try to) use for html emails, but I haven't used it for so long, I can't find it... :)
