View Full Version : Client Management Software

Greetings all,
I have purchased a system in the past to manage my website clients. However, the system is not very functional and is not user friendly. http://www.forperfect.com/

I register domains for clients, host those clients and also bill those clients for web development services.
I want a system that I can add new products, where recurring or one time charges, and then have those invoices emailed to the client as PDF attachments.

What do you web developers use to manage your clients and manage the recurring charges like hosting and domain registration services? What do you use to bill your clients for web services.

I am looking for an online solution only. One that a client can login via a web panel on my own site and then view their invoices.
Let me know guys. Thanks.

I am also very interested in this. DO you guys and gals just teach them how to pay for annual domain and hosting fees?

i invoice my clients annually mostly for their hosting. if someone wants to do it monthly then thats fine, but as its 1 or two i just manually create them each month.

the management system that i use is all completely online, i have a control panel that i can login to and create, edit invoices, quotes and manage my client details etc and my clients have their login which they can use to view their quotes, invoices, log support requests etc.

I have custom written my control panel using PHP and a mysql db. it works well for me and gives me instant access to the information i need where ever i am.
