Form with results

Hi

I am trying to find out where I can get a form that members can fill in. I then want the results from that form to be updated on a webpage.

but in any case, you'll want to use PHP/MySQL.

We need to know things like, how many members, how much content,
how many web pages, security requirements, etc.

So look at a free content management system like Joomla.
