First off, you have no doctype. You shouldn't use Word to make webpages, microsoft knows nothing about how to make (x)html good. Your page has so much crap in it that im not going to spend the time to go through it.

You have generated the version of HTML intended for transferring files between different versions of Microsoft Office. 99% of the code that you have there is intended purely to allow the original doument format to be recreated and is wasting bandwidth for the web page. With so much garbage in the file it is just about impossible to see why the other one percent of the code that is needed isn't working the same in all browsers.

The only real way to fix it is to recopy your original code and paste it into notepad. Then you can add the correct HTML for web use manually. Alternatively create the page in a proper web editor.

Word and Wordpad should never be used for creating web pages.
